Thought the potato eating McDougallers out there would appreciate this - DH and I had lunch today at Hot Potato Cafe in Washington, DC:

It was the perfect McDougall approved meal, and even qualified for MWL if you avoided the olives and avocados. You start with a plain baked potato and add as many or as little toppings as you want. My toppings consisted of black beans & corn, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, red onions, and olives. Other (safe) choices included jalepenos, cucumbers, red bell peppers, carrots, and probably more options that I am forgetting.
BTW - DC is a *very* veg friendly town! DH and I are here for the month just visiting and are very impressed!
