Reflections after a day of Pharmacology lectures

Postby lydia » Sun May 10, 2009 5:56 am

I just spent 8 hours at a pharmacology conference to meet my yearly requirements for my job....WOW It was an incredibly long day of learning about all the meds necessary to take care of rheumatoid arthritis, headaches, heart disease etc etc...I was sick by the end of it .,,,diet and lifestyle was not mentioned one time.... :(

I am dreaming of an 8 hour mc dougall class as minimum requirment for annual education for all health providers.......dreaming....dreaming.... :)

oh boy I feel for you. The sad thing, it's probably useful info that'll be needed for so many. It would be nice if McDougall's program could qualify.

We learn from every experience. In this case, you learned what NOT to do.
