Ingredients
18 1/4 Ounces
Bread flour
2 Teaspoons
Salt
1 3/4 Tablespoons
Sugar
12 1/4 Ounces
Water
1 1/4 Teaspoons
Active dry yeast
Directions

Place all ingredients except the yeast into the machine.

Place yeast in the yeast dispenser on top of the machine.

Turn on and bake until done.
Hints: Use this basic recipe to experiment with different flours, such as white whole wheat, or half whole wheat and half unbleached white. This recipe works well with half white whole wheat flour and half unbleached white flour.
