Vitamin E

Postby JOJO1947 » Tue Oct 22, 2013 8:29 am

Hi Jeff, I recently started to use the Cronometer. After a week I have some concerns in a few areas.
Vitamin E is always around 90%. Too little?
Vitamin K is always close to 1000%. Too much?
Copper 350%. Zinc 150%. I watched Dr. Barnard's video on Alzheimer's and the copper/iron/zinc connection.
I always value your knowledgeable input.
I know I get overly concerned about minutiae and wonder if I'm bothering you with silly questions, but I'm just as picky about what I put in my mouth (as recommended by you) which is a good thing!
Thanks! Jo

One does not have to hit 100% every day but it is recommended to average 75% or better over time.

While it is rare for one to have a problem from excess nutrients from whole foods, it is possible and more likely with certain minerals (ie, selenium). While showing the numbers is important, I would want to see the full analysis including which foods are contributing to what excesses, though this is not the forum for that.
