I've read Dr. McDougall's MWL book and the Starch Solution. I am implementing most of the 10 points but am still struggling with small amounts of oil. I no longer add it to my vegetables or saute with it but I do use spray oil when putting things in the oven. Without it I find things are very dry. I have started eating a salad with lunch and dinner before eating the main meal. I think it helps with satiety. Every day I do a little better so I'm happy with that. I am concerned that I will gain weight. I've never been able to eat satisfying food until I'm full without feeling guilty.
