I haven't had dinner yet, so what I ate yesterday.

Breakfast - Trader Joes rice and oatbran cereal with coconut milk drink, a home-made banana and strawberry muffin (dairy free, no additional sugar).

a cup of good quality green tea between meals

Snack - TJ"s Thai spice cashew nuts with dried banana chips and Food Matter's green drink

Lunch - Left over, broccoli sprouts, steamed with a dash of Trader Joe's 'Soyaki' sauce, McDougall's barley pilaf, a piece of pluot

Dinner - tofu, bok-choy and purple bell pepper stir-fry with miso based sauce (miso, mirin, water, ginger and a dash of sesame oil) and brown rice

I usually drink almond milk or rice milk instead of coconut milk (higher in fat). The rest of the drinks is water. I rarely drink any juices, I certainly appreciate growing up in the household where sodas and juices are banned.

This morning I had low fat yogurt with banana, a small TJ whole wheat bagel with marmalade and cheese.
I had left over from dinner last night and pilaf and a yellow nectarine for lunch. And as you can tell, I love Trader Joes.

Out of all that, tofu, bell pepper, yogurt and fruits are organic.
