I made these yesterday and they were really good. I mixed the ingredients in the food processor on Friday night and put it in the fridge, then shaped and cooked the burgers last night so it made a quick and easy meal. I didn't make the salt-free ketchup because I didn't have enough tomato paste on hand (we had to use Heinz instead) and I served them with salad on the side instead of on buns because I'm on MWL. They were very tasty and filling and a good way to use up barley which I've got too much of
plus the barley really helps these burgers stick together.

Never have added barley to my burgers, recipe looks good. I am in need of a dinner tonight, might have to check this one out.
