I did a web search on "garlic pudding" and there are a ton of different recipes out there. I hadn't heard of this before, so don't know what your version is like, but I bet you can find something close, if you hunt online for it.
Good luck; what I saw out there looks yummy.

Well, maybe. But there are a lot of online recipes for garlic bread pudding out there....most of which, unfortunately, call for eggs. It might be an interesting experiment to "McDougallize" a recipe. Or not...... :lol:

I've made very good sweet bread puddings using just non-dairy milk and non-dairy milk blended with low-fat silken tofu. I don't see why they wouldn't work with savoury bread puddings as well. :)
