pico de gallo salsa

We had a salsa night at our church here is one of my favorite:

Chop 2 jalapenos. Add 1Tbps. hot water. Chop 4 tomatoes, 1/4 purple onion, 1/4 bunch cilantro. Combine all ingredients. Add 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. peeper, juice of 1 lime.
Stir lightly together.

I thought this would be good on beans and rice. I am going to try it today.
