Day 3 of MM with taters, breakfast is sweet potatoes and apple, roasted. My hunger is in check, so this is what I needed to get it under control. I am doing very well. My back is getting better, not as much pain this morning, just pretty stiff. I'll check in tomarrow

I have been lost in the depths of compulsive eating. It has been so long since I have done this that I don't think he realized why the food was disappearing. Anyhow, it really made a difference and is a relief. In order to "cleanse" myself, I am doing more of a Fuhrman program for the moment --- more veggies than anything else. I figure once I can get a week under my belt, it will be easy to transition to MWL. Hope everyone is well.
