The McDougall Diet for Pregnancy

As a medical doctor and the father of three grown children, and the grandfather of three growing grandsons (ages, 2, 4, and 7), with one more grandbaby due in August of 2011, I have spent decades studying the science behind the nutritional advice given to couples beginning their family.
