- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 large bunch kale, Swiss chard or Collard greens
Place water, tahini, lemon juice, soy sauce, and crushed garlic in a bowl and whisk together until smooth. Set aside.
Chop kale, Swiss chard, or Collard greens (about 1 1/2 pounds). Place in a large pot with about 1/4 cup water. Cook over medium heat, tossing occasionally, until wilted, about 5 minutes. Drain and toss with sesame dressing.
