Salt-Free Ketchup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 7 ounces no-salt tomato paste
  • 1/2 apple, cored, with or without skin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp granulated garlic

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or Vitamix until smooth.

Note: Bionature makes a no-salt tomato paste.
