Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
  • 1/8 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/8 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 cup tofu mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp shallots, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • dash salt
  • dash Tabasco sauce
  • freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until finely chopped and quite saucy.
