Oatmeal Dessert

Serves:6-8

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp mace
  • 1/8 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 cups sliced peaches-fresh or canned in their own juice

Directions

Combine the first six ingredients in a 2 quart casserole, mixing well. Arrange the peaches over the top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.
