Dried Chile Hot Sauce

Serves:Makes 2 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 3-6 dried New Mexico chiles
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp garlic granules

Directions

Add all ingredients to a high-speed or standard blender. Blend until smooth. Stores in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
