Black Bean Dip #2

Serves:Makes 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tofu sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 clove minced fresh garlic
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

Serve with assorted fresh vegetables to scoop up this delicious dip.
