Cantaloupe Summer Salad

Prep: 15 minutes Chill: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, peeled and chopped into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 cantaloupe, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • juice of 2 limes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and chill for 1 hour.
