Ten-Minute Chili

Ingredients

  • 2-15 ounce cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups fat-free spaghetti sauce
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • dash cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Ladle into bowls and serve.
