Thai Chili Dressing

Serves:Makes 2 cups

This dressing is always a favorite during our 10-day live-in program.
- 1 cup Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- pinch cilantro
- 1 tsp Bob's Red Mill Xantham Gum
Place all ingredients in a blender jar and process until blended. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. This will keep for at least 2 weeks.
