Chili

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 6 hours in a slow cooker

Serves:6-8

Ingredients

  • 15 ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounce can black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 15 ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 28 ounce can fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 heaping tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp Ghirardelli cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Put all ingredients into a slow cooker (Crock-Pot) and cook on high heat for 6 hours.
