Sauteed Italian Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5-6 (1 pound) small zucchini, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

Directions

Put the water and garlic in a pan. Add the remaining ingredients. Saute, stirring occasionally, until softened but not mushy, about 10 minutes.
