Prep: 10 minutes
- 15 ounce can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup fat-free dressing of your choice
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 10 ounce bag mixed salad greens
- freshly ground pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss well to mix. Serve at once.
HINT: Make this with other kinds of canned beans. Add other fresh vegetables as desired.
