Couscous and Orange Cereal

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup couscous
  • 2 oranges, peeled, sliced, seeded, and cut into quarters
  • 1 tbsp raisins (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • dash or two ground cinnamon

Directions

Bring the water to a boil.

Add the couscous.

Stir, cover, remove from the heat, and let stand for five minutes.

Stir in the remaining ingredients.

Serve warm.
