Couscous and Orange Cereal
Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 5 minutes
From the cookbook The McDougall Program for Maximum Weight Loss
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup couscous
- 2 oranges, peeled, sliced, seeded, and cut into quarters
- 1 tbsp raisins (optional)
- 1 tbsp honey
- dash or two ground cinnamon
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the couscous.
Stir, cover, remove from the heat, and let stand for five minutes.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
