Breakfast:2 slices of whole wheat toast and PNB and jelly , black coffee
Lunch: whole wheat wrap and ice water
Dinner: chili( veggie) whole wheat pita and ice tea , stewed peaches and raspberries, coffee with non dairy creamer
Snacks: fat free pretzel and ice tea

Break fast: Coffee with nondairy creamer
Lunch: veggie pizza (no cheese) ice water
Dinner: cauliflower ,garbanzo beans, and brown rice casserole, corn on the cob with hot sauce and peach tea, papaya
Snack: coffee with nondairy creamer and 2 small chocolate covered frozen strawberries

Breakfast: scrambled tofu, beyond meat sausage patty, sweet potatoes and kale hash, and 1/2 slice whole wheat bread, coffee with nondairy creamer
Lunch: (sort of had the nuts and pretzels on the road snack with the tea ,not a lot of options shared with sister)
Dinner: mashed potatoes and gravy(WFPB) corn and 4 vegan chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce and ice tea
Snacks: fat free pretzels and nuts with ice tea

Breakfast: oatmeal with apples, brown sugar and cinnamon, coffee w/ nondairy creamer, slice of toast
Lunch: black bean burger w/ onion ,mustard and ketchup, carrots and humus, banana, pear and orange, ice water
Dinner: brown rice and vegetable and tofu sir fry, ice water
Snack: coffee with nondairy creamer, slice of toast w/ PNButter and low sugar elderberry jam
Not a great food day today. way to much bread. The thing that might save ne is that I didn't finish anything , just didn't feel good.( I did eat all the bread though?)

Lunch: whole wheat veggie wrap, steamed broccoli ,apple sauce. ice water
Dinner: veggie burger on a whole grain roll(mustard ,ketchup, and onion), air fries, baked beans and ice tea
Snack: fat free pretzel with ice tea/ melon

Breakfast: oatmeal with bananas and syrup, whole wheat toast with PNButter , coffee with non dairy creamer
Lunch: whole wheat wrap with hot sauce and veggies, orange and pineapple, ice water
Dinner : baked beans , leftover hash, vegan hot dog (160 cals) on whole grain bread with brown mustard and onions, ice tea
Snack: black coffee and pineapple with PNButter , coffee with non dairy creamer and oat ice cream

Breakfast: apple
Lunch: vegetable sushi, stir fry veggies, fruit and a fortune cookie, ice water
Dinner: corn, cauliflower, peas and red peppers, veggie dog with hot mustard and onions on a whole grain pita, and concord grapes, and ice tea.
Snack: coffee with nondairy creamer and a pretzel

Lunch: Amy's not chicken soup , whole grain toast, and ice water
Dinner: 4 veggie chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce, corn with hot sauce, peach tea , and apples
Snack: baked tortilla chips and salsa, water

Breakfast: oatmeal with bananas, raisins and maple syrup , coffee with nondairy creamer
Lunch: veggie wrap, pasta with marinara , water, had a bite of a chocolate chip cookie
Snack: celery and peanut butter and a banana, black coffee
dinner: spaghetti squash with a mushroom sauce, slice of whole grain bread and tossed salad, frozen banana drizzled with dark chocolate, ice water
cup of tea with a little sugar.( very unwell need something comforting)

Breakfast: grits, apple butter and black coffee
Lunch: pizza no cheese or meat(mushrooms, onion and peppers) water, apple
Dinner: tacos ( no meat or cheese)corn tortillas, lettuce ,tomatoes, onions, salsa, and tvp taco meat, black beans, corn and rice, and ice tea
It has been a very rough week and I don't think it is going to get better. I have been unwell and unable to recover so far. I have been to doctor twice and planning another visit. I am still working but I am exhausted by the pain and may have to take some time off if things don't get better. My food plan has been a little off due to the fact I do not feel like fussing with anything .I just eat what ever is easy. Thank god I cleaned out my cupboards and freezer of all the crap, so it isn't to bad. I guess I will find out if it made a difference on Friday when I weigh myself.

Breakfast: oatmeal apples and raisins cinnamon and date syrup. coffee with nondairy creamer
Lunch: veggie wrap with fat free dressing and rice, applesauce, and ice water
Dinner: corn, barbequed Jackfruit, and boiled potatoes and beet and onion salad, peach tea
Snack: a bite of a oatmeal cookie and a cup of tea with sugar ( about 2 teaspoons.)

I am feeling a lot better. Thank you! I have a cyst that became infected and went from bad to worse over night. I have never had anything like that before. It was so painful .It still is sore but nothing like it was. I've had that cyst as long as I can remember and never had any trouble with it . Didn't even think about it' till now. Hopefully it will just keep getting better!

Breakfast: home fries and scrambled tofu, coffee and nondairy creamer
Lunch: apple sauce and a veggie burger ( did not even eat half of it due to taste, yuk!) ice water
Dinner: melon, steamed broccoli ,air fries with ketchup, and baked beans, ice tea
Snacks: coffee, picked some cashews and raisins out of some trail mix
I never thought I would be able to stick to this. I am amazed!
