Breakfast: Oat meal with blueberries ,strawberries and peaches ,coffee with nondairy creamer
Lunch: White rice with soy sauce and broccoli , sweet pickles, and vinegar slaw, fruit cup and ice water
Dinner: brown rice with general taso veggies, frozen dark chocolate covered strawberry, sparkling water
Snacks: a whole wheat roll with some vegan sloppy joes water

Breakfast: oatmeal with peaches and brown sugar, coffee with nondairy creamer
Lunch: veggie burger (ketchup, onion and pickles ), fruit cup and water
Dinner: corn with hot sauce ,sweet potato with Tbsp. brown sugar, and a sliced tomato and ice tea
Snacks: dark chocolate covered strawberry (100 calories )

Lunch: Rice , broccoli ,yellow squash and soy sauce, ice water
Dinner:, Flat bread with refried black beans, vegan taco meat, corn ,salad and taco sauce and ice tea
Snack: coffee with non dairy creamer

Breakfast: oatmeal ,raisins and black coffee
Lunch: chick peas, onions and olives, pasta with red sauce, water
Dinner: soup (bok choy, onions, garlic , spinach and shitake mushrooms in ramen broth) ice tea
Snack: baked blue corn tortillas and cold baked beans with a little vegan cheese, bottle of water

Breakfast: coffee and toast with sugar free fruit spread and a apple
Lunch: Veggie pizza( no cheese) and ice tea
Dinner:3 ears of corn with hot sauce , ice tea and peaches
Snacks: oil free hummus and a bell pepper, cashew cookie Lara Bar and coffee

Breakfast: whole wheat pita with peanut butter and peach spread, coffee with nondairy creamer
Lunch: bok choy soup and ice water
Dinner: cabbage, corn ,tomato and potato soup, and watermelon, ice tea
Snack: whole wheat pita and peanut butter and sugar free peach spread and ice water
Not a very good food day .

Breakfast: oat meal with apples cinnamon and dry cranberries, drizzle of date syrup and coffee with non dairy creamer
Lunch: rice and swiss chard, chic peas ,peppers and onions with lemon , pineapple, water
Dinner: cabbage soup with tomatoes and corn, water melon, sparkling water
Snack: mixed fruit, a few cashews and raisins, black coffee
6 pretzel flats

Breakfast: oatmeal and peaches drizzled with date syrup and coffee with nondairy creamer
Lunch: veggie burgers( Not on whole wheat buns) with ketchup ,mustard and onion and artichokes , ice water
Supper: mashed potatoes, peas and mushroom gravy, and apple sauce and ice tea.
Snacks: dried pineapple and black coffee / baked blue corn and whole grain tortilla chips and hot sauce, ice tea

Dinner : Tossed salad ( lettuce, onion, tomato, avocado and rice wine vinegar), bok choy soup and watermelon, ice tea
Snacks: red pepper hummus with pretzels and carrots and celery, water

Lunch: whole wheat wrap( lettuce, onion ,peppers ,black beans , and tofu and red hot) water, and 2 oranges
Dinner: air fries w/ ketchup,4 vegan chicken nuggets (180 cals.) ,steam saute' zucchini, salad with white balsamic vinegar, ice tea, oat meal ice cream
snacks: hummus with carrots and celery, fruit salad, water

Breakfast: hash browns with peppers and onions , Cuban black beans and a vegan breakfast sausage and coffee with non dairy creamer
Lunch: whole wheat wrap( hummus ,lettuce ,onion, peppers, garbanzo beans, tofu and hot sauce) fruit salad and a fortune cookie, water
Dinner: Spaghetti and tomato sauce( tomatoes, garlic, onion, mushrooms, zucchini, spinach ) ice tea, apple sauce
Snacks: coffee , dried pineapple and cashews

Missed my journal last night. I don't write much but this gives me something to go back and see how I was eating and what seemed to help. I do not like typing it is not my favorite thing. Just not that strong at it. So simple is best.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with peaches and date syrup, coffee with non dairy creamer
Lunch: Chili and baked tortilla chips , peach tea, watermelon
Dinner: baked sweet potato with date syrup drizzled on it, corn with hot sauce, steamed greens and BBQ jack fruit, ice tea
Snacks:2 apples

Breakfast: Oatmeal, peaches and bananas drizzled with date syrup, coffee with on dairy creamer
Lunch: whole wheat wrap ( lettuce ,cucumbers, onions, edamame, broccoli, rice and hot sauce), grapefruit and water
Dinner: baked potato with vegan chili and mustard, whole wheat roll with mustard ,onion, ketchup and relish with a beyond meat sausage and sugar free apple sauce, peach tea
Snacks: hummus and veggies ,water

Breakfast: Oatmeal and PN butter and maple syrup, coffee with nondairy creamer
Lunch: wrap (lettuce ,onion, mushrooms, ketchup , relish and veggie burger) and asparagus and potatoes, water
Dinner: squash ,black bean corn and potato soup, whole wheat toast , water and apple with PN butter powder
Snacks: apple sauce and black coffee, cup of tea with a little sugar

Dinner: vegan enchilada, Spanish rice, tossed salad, balsamic and ice tea
Snacks: lara bar and coffee, soft whole wheat pretzel and mustard
