I love the simplicity of your journal, Landog. Hope you don't mind if I copy your idea when I start mine. Thanks again for the photo posting info. I practiced in the Sandbox and think I've got it.
Blessings,

March 9:

Travel day. I went off the 'unprocessed path' today. :\

Breakfast: Oats with cinnamon and hot water.

Late breakfast: 150 miles from home - I stopped at a restaurant and ordered hash browns with no oil and dry rye toast.

Afternoon Snack: 2 Sumos

Dinner: back at home - brown rice, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and peppers.

Late evening: Chardonnay and whole wheat pitas (no oil).

I'm going to wind down My Unprocessed February - 2018 edition.

My life has been pretty hectic lately. I have a new position at work, I'm taking classes online, and my mother may be near end of life. I'm still planning on sticking to MWL, as close to 100 percent as I am able. I'm just not going to be making daily food journal entries.

It's been good for me - I an tracking weight and BP and seeing positive results.

Wishing you all the best. We have the knowledge to gain and retain good health. Just do it! Without your health, you have nothing.
