Can people with Binge Eating Disorder (those who must have a certain amount of protein when consuming whole grains to keep blood sugar level) follow a plant based whole foods diet without getting too many starches per meal- like if you use beans for the protein, should you reduce the amount of whole grains for that meal? Is there a recommended weighed and measured food plan for whole food plant based diets?
