Does anyone else find that they need less sleep as they eat according to the McDougall plan? Or is it just me?

Yes. I definitely notice a difference. I'm also less sluggish in the day despite feeling better on an hour or so less per night.

Yes, the healthier one eats (The McDougall Plan), less requirement of sleep has always been my experience. That's great, because I find life too busy to sleep too much! :-D. I find it to be just one of the pleasant "side-effects" of following this way of eating (WOE).
