Raise HDL

Postby Hawaiian Fyer » Wed Jun 17, 2020 7:28 pm

My recent bloodwork (non-fasting) resulted in HDL of 28. Our starches are brown rice, sweet potatoes, russet potatoes, okinawan, beans, variety of vegetables. How can I effectively raise my HDL? My cholesterol was 126, LDL was 58. My exercise level is already quite good.

Thanks.

My HDL is usually low, too, because my overall cholesterol is low.

Honestly, if you try and raise the HDL, the LDL will also go up. Keep eating the right foods and enjoy those awesome numbers.
