they are very peppery - cant find any indication that moderate amounts are harmful. Right now after eating a dessertspoonful I've got the same sensation at the back of my head that I get eating Wasabi.

Do you have any interest other than culinary?
I live in Mexico where fresh papaya is readily available.
I scoop them into the trash. I’ve tried them once or twice, and no immediate culinary use came to mind.
Could not immagine curry with papaya seeds instead of black pepper, or sushi with papaya seeds instead of wasabi...
I did read that large, regular consumption might be used as non-permanent male birth control.
Anything that bio-active I would be careful, suspicious and skeptical about.

Yes. I made it frequently when I lived in HI. We always had papayas, and just added the seed to the blender when we made fruit based dressing.
