Heart Effeciency

Postby Shariinsd » Fri Oct 25, 2019 9:47 pm

Hi!

I know this diet can help if you have clogged arteries. What I want to know is if it will help in this situation before I try to convince my father in law to try it. He had an echo cardiogram that showed a heart efficiency of 20%. They did a cauterization and didn't find any blockages. Both his legs hurt really bad and he gets very short of breath just going up one flight of stairs. He also has no energy.
Cholesterol is good, but I think he is on Statins. Blood pressure is good. He is not significantly over weight.

Writing this I'm wondering if some of his symptoms could be from the statins. However there is absolutely no way they would listen to me about that.

So might this help. They are not open to these kinds of things and he doesn't want to give up his eggs, cheese and spaghetti and meatballs.

Thank you for any thoughts.

I think it will definitely help.
When you eat only whole plants your whole vascular system gets an upgrade.
But I shall tread lightly. Just suggest this diet and have them watch fork over knives etc.
But expect an almost certain failure.
Good luck.
