Need advice on veggies if on heparin
Posted: Mon Sep 16, 2019 8:03 pmMy husband just had surgery for a broken ankle. He's temporarily on a blood thinner to prevent a blood clot (shots in his tummy). What veggies are high in calcium and also safe if one is on heparin? Thanks!
