Liver enzymes test very High

I have been having severe stomach pain and bloat. I end up throwing up and uncontrollable shaking. It has hospitalized 3X. Each time my Liver Enzymes get extremely high and in about a week revert back to normal. This week I am going for advanced blood tests.

My question is ...can this be Celiac disease?? No Dr has suggested this yet. :eek:
