high SED rate & CRP despite WFPBNOS lifestyle

Hoping someone can see where my lifestyle needs tweaking to solve some health issues. I am 58, active, cancer survivor and have RA. I rededicated to a strict WFPBNOS lifestyle more than a year ago, and while symptomatically I am significantly improved (no joint stiffness or pain, no inflammation, full function), my SED rate and CRP inflammation marker levels remain high, which of course my rheumatologist would like to treat by adding sulfasalazine to my methotrexate and plaquinel (both of which I am trying to wean down). Additionally, my bone density has decreased and they are recommending more drugs to treat that. Would like to resolve both these issues via nutrition and lifestyle - suggestions? My rheumatologist and my orthomolecular nutritionist are stumped at the moment. Thanks for any insight!
