Supplements in the bodybuilding industry are also tainted with prohormones and other substances that can disrupt your bodies natural testosterone production. Even if you haven't used (hope you're being honest), it's possible you may have been exposed. Alternatively, if you feel like paying you could order a full-hormonal panel online. Stress and relationships are also factors that can affect how you operate. TBH, I also wonder if one can expect to operate at your age (while still young) the same as when you were a teenager.
Another thing to consider is your BMI. You might be calorie restricted, which can reduce T in some people. Is your BMI in the 18-21 range?
Take my thoughts with a grain of starch... just something to consider.

I'm going to see doctor on july 17th. My BMI is 24.76, it's in the normal range. I'm not fat by any means, visible abs. I'm not expecting to get same erections when in twenties, but IMO people should get good enough erections for intercourse in mid thirties.

Vegan wrote:So I got all bloodwork results except testosterone. Still waiting for doctor to call me. All the results were normal except P-ALAT was 77 U/l (reference range 0-50) and my cholesterol levels were crazy low.
Total cholesterol 89 mg/dl
HDL 26 mg/dl
LDL 43 mg/dl
Is this even real, what's going on?

Vegan wrote:Hi Dan,
I eat only these same foods every single day.
900g broccoli, steamed 5 mins
two medium sweet potatoes, boiled
400g buckwheat, boiled
300g red lentils, boiled
That's it, nothing added but little real salt. I only drink water. Like I said it's been a year now eating these foods and my erection has not improved one bit. I really don't understand how is this possible.
