Oh....another stretch was to lie (lay) on my stomach on a somewhat firm surface, hands at hips palms down and push my upper body up, and lean as far back as possible. These 2 stretches were meant to relieve any nerve impingement too which may have been a primary or secondary cause of my foot/heel pain. I am suggesting these because one ortho said PF, another said something else and a 3rd another opinion. I was very disappointed that none of them came together on a diagnosis by at least the PT person got the treatment right......stopped using the expensive inserts and never looked back.
