His current doctor allowed him to go a full year between visits. Yesterday his A1C was 12!! I have been following a WFPB for the past 2 years because my physician recommended I watch FOKs when my cholesterol was creeping up to 240. The documentary was life changing for me! How do I get my husband on board? He eats the meals I make, but then snacks and eats a lot of meals out b/c of his job. His doctor wants him to start insulin injections. How quickly can he turn his numbers around if he sticks to the WFPB plan? How dangerous is it for him to not be put on insulin when his sugars are running in 300-400s? I would love to find a doctor in our area who can help treat him naturally with food and not pills/insulin. Please help
