I am pleased to have found the Forksoverknives website, it is a relief to find recipes that meet my health requirements and look as delicious as any good food should. I am wondering can you give a bit of general advice concerning diet for people with CKD. I am stage 2 at the minute. I have no other health issues apart from being slightly anaemic, and blood glucose being slightly high. Thank you.
