Not sure if I saw that specific talk or not, but I'm aware that after eating your blood sugar goes up. That being said, 2 hours after eating a healthy person is under 140 and your fasting should be under 100. Regarding A1C...the 3 month average of too high on a daily basis is too high A1C.
