Remember, emotions can destroy goals

Remember, that I use emotions/anxiety, anger, sadness, confusion, fear, and helplessness, as a excuse to eat (non-MWL) foods that are coded in my brain as supplying comfort or regarded as treats to make me feel better.

Remember, that emotions are transient, they move on and change.

Remember, don't let anger or anxiety cause destruction of good progress, do something else, walk, read, ride my bike, call a friend, or take a bath.
