Well, started the MWL July 2020
Doing it! I want to finish up my homemade bread. Fresh ground wheat berries. Will give away some. Just being honest. We had 3 days of cool wet weather here in the Northwoods of Maine and I did a lot of baking. No oil. All WFPB, but decided to go all in for MWL.
So, here goes...
6/30/2020 170 lbs. 39% BF (will take a few measurements tomorrow)
Breakfast:
2 peaches
1/2 cup raw oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/8 c zerensk barberries
1/8 c raisins
1 banana

Snack/Dinner
Pineapple fresh
French tomato lentil soup, with carrots, celery and spinach (homemade)
1 small red potato
Homemade rosemary bread (with soup)
