I can't believe I started this over 5 months ago! I was starting to make progress, then stopped logging my food and exercise. I have been stagnant! I'll start today and work on being more consistent, even if I screw up. That is what messes me up. When I eat off plan, I don't want to enter my food because of the shame I feel about slipping up. I need to commit to journal everything so I can see what I'm doing wrong and work towards improving!

Breakfast: banana, Manna bread, Cafix with almond milk and a cup of coffee
Snack: Mock tuna salad on whole grain bread
Lunch: apple and a bowl of vegetable stew
Snack: Mock tuna salad on whole grain bread
Exercise: 45 minutes of walking
dinner: steamed veggies and tofu with white rice, 3 small chocolate chip cookies
