Hi Idgie, I hope you are still working at staying on the McD diet. It gets easier even if it’s not 100%. I’m into my second year (this time) and even though I have bouts of non-compliance, it seems to be getting much more routine. Just keep working at it. Try to understand what’s making you go off the rails. Is it that you aren’t eating enough starch and getting too hungry? Are you batch cooking enough? Organization is key to keeping on track. For me, forcing myself to do the grocery shopping can be my stumbling block.
I hope all is well and you’re just too busy to post in your journal. :)
