1st Meal
Noon - 1:00 pm
Salad - 3 cups Lettuce, 4 Medium Stalks Celery, 1 Large Carrot, ⅓ Large Cucumber, 1 Medium Tomato, Juice from ½ Lime, 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar, 2 tsp Mrs. Dash, 1 tsp Hot Pepper.

SNAP Stew
794g Diced Tomatoes (NSA)
454g California Mix
227g Mixed Leafy Greens
3 small Potatoes
¾ Cup Black Beans
Juice from ½ Lime, 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Ginger, 1 tsp Turmeric, ½ tsp Black Pepper, 1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash, 1 tsp Hot Pepper.

2nd Meal
5:15 pm - 6:00 pm
Salad - 3 cups Lettuce, 4 Medium Stalks Celery, 1 Large Carrot, ⅓ Large Cucumber, 1 Medium Tomato, Juice from ½ Lime, 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar, 2 tsp Mrs. Dash, 1 tsp Hot Pepper.

Salad - 3 cups Lettuce, 4 Medium Stalks Celery, 1 Large Carrot, ⅓ Large Cucumber, 1 Medium Tomato, Juice from ½ Lime, 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar, 2 tsp Mrs. Dash, ½ tsp Black Pepper.

SNAP Stew
794g Peeled Whole Tomatoes (NSA)
454g California Mix
170g Kale
3 small Potatoes
¾ Cup Black Beans
4 Cloves Garlic, 1 small Knob of Ginger
1 small Red Onion
1 Jalapeno Pepper
Juice from ½ Lime, 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar, 1 tsp Cumin Seed,, 1 tsp Turmeric, ½ tsp Black Pepper, 1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash.

1 Apple

2nd Meal
5:15 pm - 6:00 pm
Salad - 3 cups Lettuce, 4 Medium Stalks Celery, 1 Large Carrot, ⅓ Large Cucumber, 1 Medium Tomato, Juice from ½ Lime, 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar, 2 tsp Mrs. Dash, ½ tsp Black Pepper.

Fall Pumpkin Chili, Rice, Green Beans, Juice from ½ Lime, 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar, 1 tsp Mrs. Dash, ½ tsp Black Pepper.

1 Cup Mixed Berries

Salad - 3 cups Lettuce, 1 Can Beets (drained & rinsed), ⅓ Large Cucumber, 1 Medium Tomato, 1 Jalapeno Pepper, Juice from ½ Lime, 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar, 2 tsp Mrs. Dash.

Veggie Soup
1 small Red Onion
1 Jalapeno Pepper
4 Medium Stalks Celery
1 Large Carrot
4 Cloves Garlic
1 small Knob of Ginger
170g Kale
794g Peeled Whole Tomatoes (NSA)
Juice from ½ Lime, 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar

3 small Potatoes
Zesty Black Bean Sauce
454g California Mix

2nd Meal
5:15 pm - 6:00 pm
Salad - 3 cups Lettuce, 4 Medium Stalks Celery, 1 Large Carrot, ⅓ Large Cucumber, 1 Medium Tomato, Juice from ½ Lime, 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar, 2 tsp Mrs. Dash, ½ tsp Black Pepper.

Hash Browns, Zesty Black Bean Sauce, Peppers & Onions, Cauliflower, Juice from ½ Lime, 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar, 1 tsp Mrs. Dash, ½ tsp Black Pepper.

2nd Meal
5:15 pm - 6:00 pm
Burrito Bowl
3 Cups Lettuce, Black Beans, Rice, For Reals Gulit Free Cheezy Sauce, ⅓ Large Cucumber, 1 Medium Tomato, 1 Jalapeno, 4 Tbsp Salsa, Juice from ½ Lime, 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar, 1 tsp Mrs. Dash, ½ tsp Black Pepper.
Brussels Sprouts

1 Cup Mixed Berries
1 Cup Homemade Applesauce (just apples & cinnamon)
