I forgot to post my pictures from yesterday because by the time I had a spare moment to myself, it was after midnight.
So, here’s what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast: oatmeal and 1 tsp brown sugar (that's just water in there)
Lunch: A carrot, frozen broccoli and brussel sprouts, brown rice and three bean chili, raspberries
Dinner: mashed sweet potato, mashed white potatoes (with some almond milk - so not fully MWL)
Here’s what I didn’t eat, but was tempted to (hence the choice of a 100% starch bowl at dinner). Mary’s Tofu Spinach Lasagna is served twice a month to the kids: (sadly, only 3 out of 4 of them will eat it, so additional dinners must be made to ensure everyone eats)
I’m not sure if the picture uploading will work. I’m on my phone and the links look a bit different. If they don’t I’ll put them up this evening when I post today’s food.
