Ouch, Rosey, that's really painful. I'm sorry.

Rosey, big hug to you. Eat well so you can deal with all this ok? Maybe your favorite comfort stuff like mashed potatoes?

I've been eating lots of Mashed Potatoes it's been my main staple for trying to lose my weight. I've never been good with emotions when they are my own. Doing better this time then normal.

Thanks Ladies. I've been listening to a lot of videos with McDougall, Esselstyn, T. Colin Campbell among others. Helps me when I put my mind on learning well I'm stressing.

So sorry to hear about your loss, and I feel bad for him passing away while enroute to where he wanted to be. :( It isn't easy staying compliant at funerals or weddings, but looks like you're sticking to McDougalling at least. Thank goodness for mashed potatoes

278.3 lbs to 276.7 lbs so a 1.6 lb loss this week. Feet and legs are still swelling if it keeps up going to talk to doctor about it.

How's the swelling today, Rosey? Hope you're feeling better.

It's better in the mornings and worse in the evenings. Forced myself to go for short walk last few days and it seems a little better but it hurts to even step on my feet today we went for a bike ride which didn't hurt my feet as much and after it was done my feet were almost normal. So need to try to do that every day and see if it helps it go away completely.
