Brekkie: Oats and banana
Lunch: Veg soup and leaf mix and potatoes
Dinner: Soup and leftover brown rice

Breakfast: Oats and apple
Lunch: large potato, red pepper whole, 2 carrots
Snack: whole orange pepper and beetroot
Supper veg and black bean soup and potatoes

Wednesday 11:
Managed a 2.5 K walk jog this morning - time constraints
PM : walked for 30 minutes at bot garden
Breakfast: oats, banana and flax
Lunch: 1 bowl of veg/bean soup and 6 small potatoes
Snack: Banana and green tea
Supper:veg and bean soup and wholewheat spaghetti

Jeans are getting looser!!!!
No time for exercise unfortunately....also VERY hot here today!
Breakfast: Oats, banana and flax
Lunch: leftover veg and bean soup and wholewheat spaghetti
Snack: 3 potatoes
Supper: chick pea stew on brown rice - 2 big bowls

Friday 13 Jan
Breakfast: oats
Lunch: soup (onion, carrot, tomato, orange pepper, eggplant, butternut) and leftover brown rice
Supper:potatoes, tomatoes and blue berries
Low on veg and fruit supplies - will have to go shopping tomorrow!
Fitting into pants I couldn't fit on at the beginning of the month!!!!!
YAY!!!!!!

Saturday 14th:
Breakfast: Oats
Lunch: steamed pak and ku choy. mushrooms, onion and courgette with potatoes
Supper: Veg soup (onion, carrot, courgette, tomato, peas) and potato
Sunday 15th:
15K bike ride
Breakfast: Oats and flax
Snack: Apple and baby gem squashes
Lunch: Brown rice and mixed frozen veg and black bean patty (onion, black beans, oat flour and seasonings)
Snack: Apple
Supper: Soup and potato

Tuesday 17: 5K walk/run - done!Wednesday 18: REST
Thursday 19: 5 K jog - done!Friday 20: REST
Saturday 21: 18K bike ride - done!Another good week of training!
Everything manageable.

D: shepherdess pie ( lots of different veg, beans and mashed potato topping)

L: potatoes, tomatoes, greens(baby spinach, roquet, watercress), yellow pepper, iceberg
S: peach
D: rice and stir fry (onion, broccoli, peas, red pepper, cabbage, carrots, pineapple pieces, sweetcorn,mushrooms, courgette...)

L: Thai rice paper wrap filled with veggies and tofu strips (contained peanut sprinkles
) - eaten at Chinese New Year festivities!!! Only thing that was legal to eat - everything else fried in oil!
S: leftover butternut and lentil soup
D:LARGE microwaved potato and a banana
