Hello all,
I just got a 6qt. IP. I've never done any sort of pressure cooking before. Do any of you have a favorite IP cookbook?
Thanks in advance,
Gwen

The booklet that comes with it. Has times and water ratios for all sorts of grains. I love my iPot - made corn on the cob in it yesterday. So good!

Jill Nussinow's pressure cooking cookbooks are my go-to's. Jill gives cooking demonstrations at McDougall functions.
