Hoping you all can find the recipe for me. I saw it very recently. I bought all the ingredients but can't find it!
Ingredients are russet potatoes, 2 zucchini, 2 cups corn, 2 yellow squash and......??? Thanks.
start weight 210 on 7/25/14; MWL recommit 7/2019 weight 197. 6/11/2022 weight 165.0. Height 5'8".

I found it! I copied/pasted it from someplace.

1 32-oz. carton unsweetened, unflavored almond milk
2 cups ½-inch pieces peeled russet potatoes
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh corn
1 15-oz. can no-salt-added black beans, rinsed and drained
1 medium zucchini, quartered lengthwise and cut into ¼-inch slices
1 teaspoon snipped fresh thyme
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

This recipe looks yummy. Thanks for posting. I think I'll substitute veggie broth for the almond milk to make it MWL compatible.
